i will be doing some “chocolate shadowing” of local pastry/dessert/chocolate shops in switzerland, france and italy for 3 weeks. i will be most likely in central italy with a 2-day stay in rome. do you have any suggestions of where to stay (i will be with my sister in italy for a week) you said you liked you hostel? what was the name? could we talk over email? my trip is in april
